Return Process

  Log into your PandaZzz account or visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags and labels are intact to qualify for a standard return.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
